Our Recent Projects Related to Waterproofing as Below: 

1. Chatime @ Tropicana Mall, Damansara

The popular Chatime Franchise awarded us to supply and apply Waterproofing membrane on the floor areas as specified by the client. Work was carried out during midnight from 11pm till 7am for few days straight to catch up the deadline completed work. 

                                                                                                                                                           

2. Tropicana Grande Condo 

The Tropicana Grande Project was a contract waterproofing project manage and coordinate by me. The waterproofing work was done at each floor of the toilet floor slab and roof top and other wet areas such as water tank etc...

The picture above was apply with waterproofing halfway during year 2012. The dark / black areas is applied with PU waterproofing membrane. For all the areas exposed to the rainwater will have to apply with waterproofing to prevent water leaking in the future. A good waterproofing quality work have to be monitor and supervise by a experience and trained person to ensure all the steps are carry out professionally.
